• Return/Exchange Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Condition: Products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining to qualify for a return or exchange.
• Processing Time: We process return and exchange requests promptly, usually within 3 to 5 working days.
• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for exchanges, except in cases of damage, leakage, or incorrect products, where we will cover all return-related delivery charges.
